1. Do I need to notify GoRhodesTransfers if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry, we monitor all arriving flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your assigned driver will be automatically updated. You won’t need to call or message us.
Rest assured, your private transfer in Rhodes will still be waiting at the designated meeting point when you land.

2. Where will I meet the driver and how will I recognize them?
Your driver will be waiting for you inside the Rhodes airport arrivals area, holding a sign with your name. Look for a professional appearance and a friendly smile, that’s us.

3. Will my transfer be private or shared with other passengers?
All transfers are strictly private. We do not offer shared or shuttle services. Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group, ensuring privacy, comfort, and personalized service.

4. Will I receive a confirmation after completing my booking?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after completing your Rhodes airport transfer booking.

5. What happens if my luggage is delayed or I take longer at passport control?

6. Can I request a baby seat or booster seat?
Yes, just let us know during the booking process. We offer child safety seats free of charge upon request.

7. Do your drivers speak English?
